VIRUS SCANNER EXCLUSIONS
I exclude the directories I compile java source files in from the virus scanner. (g:/vlt and g:/jsrv)
All projects have a project in the source control system (SourceGear Vault) and the projects have a particular scheme for the directory structure. All webapps have ant build files so that installing a project is trivial.
