Installed TweakUI and other powertoys:

Set page file size to NONE.
Disable the "WMDM PMSP Service". It's used for DRM in Windows Media Player.
Enable "Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Locator". This apparently speeds up some IE stuff.
Control Panel->Folder Options->View tab->Uncheck "Automatically search for network folders and printers".
